Internal Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email. 
Stage 3

Informal Chat

A member of our Talent Acquisition team will schedule a brief call with you to review basic required skills and information about the position to make sure we're a match for each other. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you'd do the same if you don't think the role's going to be right for you. 
Stage 4

Interview

This will be an in-person or virtual interview (depending on position) with your potential future manager. We’ll be looking to understand more about your experience, how you can make a contribution to the team, and what you hope to gain from your time at FIDELITONE.
Stage 5

Offer

Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer via email that you can sign digitally. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will also call you to review the job offer details, answer any questions, and discuss next steps in our hiring process. 
Stage 6

Background Checks

Once you have signed the job offer, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will send you an email and text message to initiate our background check/drug screen process. 
Stage 7

Hired
